The Balanced life

There are 4 key components to having a balanced life, work, play, love, and worship. The description below shows exactly what that entails in order to maintain.

Life may seem messed up or even upside down sometimes but it really means you are just out of balance. Get back into balance, focus on the positive aspects that you can control, and do not allow negative thoughts about yourself or others. Negative thoughts about either are poison for the brain and trouble for the soul. In the worst situations just keep on moving God will carry you thru.
